Quality Rugs & Furniture Sydney offers shipping for all orders to almost everywhere in Australia.

Free shipping on rug orders over $99.

Please ensure that your shipping details and contact number are 100% correct, as we can only ship to the address provided at checkout. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to errors in your shipping address.

Remote Areas

Shipping cannot be offered to customers in remote areas of Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. If you are located in one of these areas, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.

Orders can also be collected from our Sydney stores once you are notified they are ready:

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the location and progress of your order. If you have any questions about tracking, please email info@qualityrugsandfurnituresyd.com.au with your tracking number and your query.

Estimated Shipping Time

Most items take between 7 and 10 business days to ship, depending on the item's availability. Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
